The Guild 2.0 · starts October 20
Ten weeks, twelve people, one quest each. You bring the thing you've been postponing. We make sure it actually moves.
Their words, from the first sessions.
"I wanted to start almost 3 years ago, but I've been treating it as a side quest."
"I think about perfection, and because I want to do it perfectly, I don't finish it, or I don't even start."
"From the outside my life looks pretty good. But actually, I was really paralyzed."
"I don't have a lot of people like me, or ambitious people, in my circle. That's the thing I need."
You don't drop your quest because you lack discipline. You drop it because you're doing it alone.
Nobody knows what you're working on, so nobody notices when you stop. One skipped week becomes six. The quest goes back on the someday pile, and you get a little more used to not going after it.
Coaching gets you clear. The group is what keeps you moving when the motivation runs out.
One live session a week, one real step, and a small group that knows exactly what you committed to.
We go through the full week-by-week plan on our call.
Around three hours a week: the 90-minute session plus the time it takes to do your step. If you can't carve that out for ten weeks, this isn't the right round for you.
90-minute group calls, one evening a week. Two are different: The Expo on Dec 15, where everyone presents what they built, and Vision 2027 on Jan 12, a workshop where you plan your year.
A clarity call before we start, and a midpoint check in week 5, when the quest usually shifts.
Where the week actually happens, and where someone notices when you go quiet.
A monthly planning session and co-working sessions, open to everyone who's been through The Guild. Plus first access to the next retreat, planned for spring 2027.
Eight weeks, ten people, all ten finished.
"When you have the right people around you and someone guiding you, figuring things out becomes 10x easier and you don't feel like you have to do it all alone."
"I wouldn't think twice. Follow your dreams, your goals, and do it with other people. It works. It just works."
I built The Guild because I needed it myself. I spent years with a clear idea of what I wanted and a long list of reasons to start later. What changed it wasn't more motivation — it was having people I could share the journey with.
I'm a coach in Barcelona, originally from Chile and Germany. Before this I worked in product management, then trained as an NLP Master Practitioner. Last year I had a brain tumour removed, which left me deaf on one ear and meant learning to walk again. That's also where the honesty in my coaching comes from. I'm not interested in performance, mine or yours.
Cohort 1 was my own main quest: the group I'd been postponing for two years.
My job isn't to give you answers. It's to be the mirror that shows you what you're capable of before you can see it yourself.
IVA included. Twelve seats, hard cap. Same guarantee as the first cohort: if you show up, do the work, and it doesn't move you, we make it right.
Around three hours a week: the 90-minute session plus your weekly step. The step is usually work you'd want to be doing anyway. It's just finally scheduled.
One weekday evening, European time. The exact slot is set with the group once everyone's in, so it works across the time zones people are actually in. We'll talk about it on our call.
Tell us in advance and you'll get the recording. But the live call is where the work happens — the feedback, the breakout rooms, the moment someone says the thing you've been circling for three weeks. Plan to be there.
Honest answer: that's usually because nobody noticed when you stopped. Here, eleven people know your quest, there's a check-in every week, and there's a date in December where you present what you built. The structure is built for exactly this pattern.
Coaching. There's no content library to work through. Every session is live, and the work is yours, not a curriculum.
If you know what you want and keep not doing it, the group is stronger. If your situation is complex and needs unpacking week after week, 1:1 fits better. We'll figure that out on the call, and I'll tell you honestly which one I'd pick for you.
That's weeks 1 to 3. Plenty of people in Cohort 1 arrived with "everything is unclear" and left the first session with one thing named.
Because January is the answer you've given yourself before. And because you'd walk into next year having finished something, instead of planning to.
A 30-minute call. We look at the thing you've been postponing, what's been holding you back, and whether this is the right room for you. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too.
